Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Knot 7™, each order is processed with care to ensure quality and authenticity. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation before dispatch, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.

No Refund After Dispatch

  • No refunds will be issued once the order has been dispatched, under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take packaging and quality checks seriously. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the package and product
  • Order ID and registered contact details

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products:

  • All products sold on Knot 7™ are non-returnable once delivered.
